붉은 색 소변이 나오는 경우 dipstick 과 urine sediment 의 RBC 를 확인한다.
- (1) dipstick 에서도 positive, Urine RBC 도 positive : 진짜 혈뇨
- (2) dipstick 에서는 positive, Urine RBC 는 negative : 혈색소뇨나 미오글로빈뇨
- (3) dipstick 도 negative, Urine RBC 도 negative, 소변색만 붉어. : pseudohematuria (특정 질환이나 약물)
