Uremic bleeding 의 치료 (간단 메모) DDAVP (Desmopressin) 을 가장 많이 쓴다. 보통 minirin 0.3mcg/kg 를 NS 에 mix 하여 30분간 투여한다. vWF 와 Factor VIII 을 증가시킨다. 예정된 시술이 있다면, 시술 전 30분 전에 투여하면 된다. 그 외 투석, Cryoprecipitate (factor VII, vWF, fibrinogen 이 풍부), Conjugated estrogen IV, ESA therapy, Blood transfusion 등이 있다.
