1. Dianeal (2L/2.5L, 1.5%/2.5%/4.25%)

 

처음 상용화된, 기본적인 복막투석액

 

 

 

 

 

 

Potassium is omitted from Dianeal Solutions because dialysis may be performed to correct hyperkalaemia.

 

Because average plasma magnesium levels in chronic Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD) patients have been observed to be elevated (Nolph et al. 1981), the magnesium concentration of this formulation has been reduced to 0.25 mmol/L.

 

Because average serum bicarbonate levels in chronic CAPD patients have been observed to be somewhat lower than normal values (Nolph et al. 1981), the bicarbonate precursor

(lactate) concentration of this formulation has been raised to 40 mmol/L.

 

 

 

 

 

2. Extraneal (2L, 7.5%, CAPD/APD)

 

osmotic agent 로 Glucose 대신에 Icodextrin 을 사용한 투석액이다. 282 mOsm/kg 로 isosmolar 하며, Glucose 처럼 복막에 흡수되지 않아 지속적인 UF 에 유리하다. 또한 Carbohydrate load 를 줄인다.

 

특징

(1) 혈장과 같은 osmolality (282 mOsm/kg)

(2) UF equivalent to 4.25% dextrose

(3) Sustained positive net UF for >14hrs

(4) Gentle Ultrafiltration

(5) 하루에 1Bag (long dwell)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Nutrineal (2L, 1.1%)

 

glucoes 대신 amino acid 를 포함시킨 투석액으로 투석 뿐 아니라 영양분의 공급 측면에서 유리하다. 단백질 영양이 불량한 환자를 위해 고안되었다. Osmotic agent 로서 Glucose 대신 Amino acid 가 포함되어 있으며, glucose 는 전혀 없다. 투석 방법이 바뀌지도 않는다. pH는 6.7, Osmolality 는 1.36% glucose 와 동급이다. Glucose 가 포함되어 있지 않으므로, 비만환자 혹은 당뇨환자에게도 유용한 측면이 있겠다.

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Physioneal (2L, 1.5%/2.5%/4.25%)

 

physiological pH (7.4%) 를 맞추고 있으며, physiological bicarbonate 농도를 지니고 있다. bio-compatible 하며 투석시 통증이나 불편감이 가장 적다.
